Put lots of LRMs on your mech
Queue with someone else who has lots of LRMs on their mech
Find more people with lots of LRMs on their mechs
Find at least 1 scout
Spam your LRMs

Congrats. Free kills

Rush those 'mechs with lights
Laugh as you see their LRM's bouncing harlmlessly on your armor
Laugh again
Repeat
Laugh one more time just to be sure

you forgot to tell them NOT to put any other weapon on their Mechs... so when they get ambushed by the enemy teams light Mech they've got nothing to defend themselves with... :blink:
