  • 30 FPS
  • 4x FSAA
  • Trilinear Filtering On
  • 800x600px resolution
Min Spec PC Build


After benchmarking our minimum spec gameplay solution, we have decided to show you what our current MINIMUM spec PC build is that is required to play MechWarrior Online:
  • Dual Intel Xeon MP X7460 6-Core CPUs (AMD will not be supported at this time)
  • 24GB System Memory
  • 3.4TB HD Space
  • 3 x GeForce GTX 680 2GB-Video Memory or 3 x ATI HD 7970 3GB-Video Memory
  • Microsoft Windows 8 - 64bit
  • 250MBit Internet Connection Minimum

I'd have dropped $3000 for the rig, but there's no way in hell I'm "upgrading" to Windows 8.

Let's just hope the 3.4TB of HDD space needed means that they've included every single Mech known to mankind......with... BITMAPS... for skin textures, it would seem. :ph34r:

Heh, crule joke, but, as soon as I read "Dual Intel Xeon MP X7460 6-Core CPUs (AMD will not be supported at this time)" I thought they were spec'n their Server.....

Judging from the reqs, I assume you finally gave up on the whole 'graphical interface' crap and are just making this a text based MUD?
