I randomly got a a very poorly composed message from Paul Inouye just yesterday. He was apparently in a drunken stupor after he "totuly lsam dnked 1 hole Fuzzy Navel." So not only is Paul apparently a woman, but he's also a teetotaler (and somehow manages to misspell every word besides Fuzzy Navel). Regardless, in his stupor, he revealed the entire mech roster to me in a series of badly arranged puns. Besides the normal mechs, he revealed several shockers. I know he's telling me the truth because he posted an actual screenshot of the selection screen for these mechs. Here's a breakdown of what he revealed:

Well, I hope you guys are as excited as I am! MWO is going to be the more lore correct, spot on Mechwarrior game to date! Thanks for the great info, Paul!

Huzah! I love how they're really deciding to bring MW:O back to its battletech roots with that 'mech lineup! I can't wait to hit the 'mechlab with my "Preceptur". Definately going to have to upgrade that Microscope 10 to a 20. Yeah, that should definitely give me an edge in combat.

I'm not sure, but it's packing enhanced optics.

Its clearly going to be an information warfare oriented mech.

I cleaned up the roster image that he gave me. Unfortunately, the rest had no art, just placeholder names, so I cut them.

Paul confirmed that this is the in-game selection screen you see when you go to the shop.

Not quite, but I hear you do get experience for finding uneven patterns with it as the paint dries.

The last one seems pretty weak. I seriously doubt it could withstand some of the classic BattleTech finisher moves, like Atlas Crush (like German suplex, but with Atlas and with the jock screaming "ATLAS CRUSH!!' on all comm channels) or Kodiak bearhug (like bearhug, but done with Kodiak with the jock screaming 'KODIAK BEARHUG!!' on all comm channels).
