That is a character call Doraemon from the 70s anime.
The Passport of Satan is one of his gadget.

Ok, read the wiki, got that the characters has absolutely loads of gadgets.......but I'm still stumped on how THAT kind of gadget could help out anyone (I'm at work and unable to view the youtube video)!

In the story it let Nobita get out of pranks and minor crime scott free, but it become pointless when there is no consequence/challenge to breaking the law and he come to realised that he have been a jerk and hurting his friends.
It came from a children comic from the 70s; don't ask , just accept it.

It is basically the get out of jail free card.

Not my face, but my "fractured" wrist. I have no idea when or how, just had a knot come up on my left wrist. The little pointy bone on the left side at the tip of the Ulna is supposed to be attached. It's called the Ulnar Styloid Process. Now its flotsam in my joint.

That seems painful. I had a boxer's fracture on my left hand, but it sounds like a cakewalk compared to yours.

Actually, no, the pain is mild. Nothing they can really do for it. I could have surgery to have the broken piece removed if it causes an issue down the road. There is a surgery I watched on youtube showing one being reattached. Not something I want or need to have done.

That's a 22" Red Drum caught off the NC Outer Banks 2 weeks ago. The only legal Red Drum I've ever caught. It was a nice fight.
