Just spent the past half hour scrolling through the forum to see who I will fighting/allying with
I don't see any Canadians in here though. Are there any? Surely I can't be the only one?
Anyway great to meet all of you. I have been playing MW since the early 90s and read most of the original books but being in the RCN has limited my online gaming time somewhat over the past 25 years. I will say that although I love the new mechs I really miss my Shadowhawk and Mauraders.

Look forward to teaming up with some of you when the game releases.

Any way we can start a new one of these where its ONLY chicks then spam it on Game Advertising sites to "fake" Mechwarrior Online having tons of Girl gamers ERGO increasing the amount of influx of dudes and player base?

Live steel, yes. We do full-contact medieval combat, in a harsh kind of way.
But with armour like that, you can afford beating people in the face full force, it (most likely) won't kill anyone.

Battle of the Nations though, nah, we don't do that.
It's awesome to watch and must be a great deal of fun, but the team fights are basicly just rugby in armour, knocking people down, not out.
We have our own circle of battle brothers, and we do it our way, and rugby is not our way.
