Far as I know the NDA has been lifted. People are allowed to post videos of game footage and say how they feel about every little thing, I didn't see any particular restrictions on posting when I signed up (beyond the regular forum rules you'd expect) and there's been a lot of beta info being posted around here.
I'd say it's pretty safe to express yourself as long as it's reasonably constructive.
