They might throw a monkey wrench and have April's surpise not be a mech.

I would like Battlemech 9 to be an Unseen(Griffin please) just to put the rumors about the liscensing issue to bed.

Either way,Wednesday cannot come soon enough.

I'm excited, but I hope next month is MERC Warfare month, and we get to hear all sorts of juicy bits about forming and running Mercenary units and taking contracts.

Developer Blog 6 - MechLab

April 4th: MechLab is a game interface which allows players to customize their BattleMech loadouts and visual representations. Due to the number of customizations found in BattleTech, MechLab is very robust and has a lot of features that will be covered here.

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhh yeah! This is what MechSpecs has been waiting for!!!! People wanna know, just how far we can go!

If we extrapolate a little, we can surmise that, since the "Awesome" was a robust design and it turned out to be "Awesome", it then also figures that if we get a "robust" MechLab, then by extension, we will also get an "Awesome" MechLab. :D

Please, please, please be "Awesome"... otherwise

I am looking forward to this next release, as I am hoping that I along with everyone else's questions will be answered, if not, I will voice them in the Q&A. As for the Mechlab, I will wait and see what they have for us.

All I ask the community is to be CONSTRUCTIVE with their criticisms. PGI is close to the community, so remember, you're not there to bash their heads in over what you do and do not like.

You can have a negative critic, but make sure you bring it to light in a positive way; Saying "This is dumb" and leaving it at that both wastes time, offers no feedback for a resolve and makes you look foolish.

PGI seems not only responsive to the community, but already pretty much has been nailing things on the head without need for guidance. They're basically "The People's Developer" already.

The People's Developer? That's fantastic. I am stealing that name.
