I somehow doubt it'll be "just" another new 'Mech - they know we know they're putting out a 'Mech every month, so why try to make it seem like a big surprise? Well, what if this month's addition was one (or more?!) of the unseen? That's certainly be one hell of a surprise...

This was what I was thinking. The phrasing "Even I will be surprised at this release." makes it seem like it WILL be a mech reveal (at least to me, I can't imagine any other info drop that could be so exciting in a game about Mechs), so my guess it's either it's going to be a group of mechs (as opposed to the normal one), or it's an unseen, or a group of unseen (heh, heh heh... heh). They've been oddly quiet on the topic of unseen, which is understandable, but if they weren't trying to do something with them then I doubt they would have been completely silent, which would only serves to get our hopes up...

...as it is doing right now. Dag it.

What is going to be funny is when they announce the Warhammer being in, we've seen it already and the Q&A dodge of the question was later admitted to officially =)

We've already been told the "unseen" are not an issue, it's just a matter of which they select. I'm already happy, the Dragon is in =)

I'd like evidence of them saying the unseen are not an issue. They have ONLY ever said that they'd have a future announcement concerning the unseen, but promised nothing. They also said that during the very first FAQ released for the game last year...so who knows what's up?

If it was otherwise, a lot more people would have been talking about it on the forums.

I know what he's referring to as well. They mentioned it off-hand in one of their interviews, but I can't remember which one. I do remember it was several months ago, however.

Evidence you say? How about the PGI website still using the Warhammer image from the 2009 trailer? I feel its odd to keep using that to promote the game, especially with there being a whole "issue" there...

This might be wishful thinking, but I am hoping that they will announce the inclusion of redesigned unseen mechs.
