I am trying to run an install on a new custom made machine. I keep getting a error (pasted below) and the installer crashes - I have attempted with admin rights and regular. Same crash no matter what. I am including the specs of the machine below. I just need to get this installed and running ASAP to get back into action...

System specs currently -

Intel Pentium G2010 (dual core, Ivy Bridge series - it is better than the E7400 I had been playing this game on previously)
4 GB DDR3 pc3-8500 Ram (waiting on next 2gb stick to make it 6gb)
500 GB hard drive (over 400 GB free)
Windows 7 64 bit Ultimate - Fresh clean install just finished patching
Avast Antivirus (installed after the attempts to install MWO - was having issues with its installer too)
AMD Radeon HD 6570 1gb PCI-e x16 video card by PowerColor (not low profile, has a fan too)
Intel B75 express chipset (MSI B75A-G43 motherboard)

I thought maybe it was related to not having silverlight installed yet, so I installed that and rebooted and got same error running installer as admin -
