What exactly are the Rainbow Stables abilities in the repairs and custom fabrication departments?

Inreguards to customs they can do it, but with difficulty. That Commando/Panther hybred (Comanther or Panmando what do you guys think?) is going to be a bit of a challenge becuase so many systems are going to be getting swapped around... plus most of the techs there are regular rated with a few exceptions, Kaylee, Chris, Eddie, Dan (I assume) Randal and so on.. So customs may take a bit longer than normal as the techs learn how to do customs self taught...

Regular=A tech that know's what he's doing most of the time, just so long it's not installing a new engine or doing a major overhaul. 2-4 years xp
Veteran- A tech that's been around the block a few times, can repair most everything, some light customisations (hardpoint kind) has rookies and regualrs come to them for advice. Kaylee would be a good example of a Veteran tech. Tech of roughly 5 years experience
Elite tech=A technphile whom everyone comes to with questions reguarding techy things. A tech foreman of atleast a decade of experience who can come up with custom designs. "Why yes I can put those Warhammer legs on your Rifleman, but why?"
Hopefully that'll clear up the rating a bit for you... also standard pay (well what I'm using anyways.) is 1500 C-bills biweekly for a regular tech/mechwarrior... it goes + or - in 10% intervals, so a green tech would have a -10%, a vet a +10%, and an elite a +20%. I'm too lazy to do the actuall amount they'd get paid biweekly/weekly/dayly... You guys can handle that.
The same price allies to mechwarrior too, I think. Once again, I do not have any of my books with me, so please bear with me..

Green=Your new to this whole Mechwarrioring thing. Either a fresh faced graduate from Warrior's Hall or making the big step up from the family's antiquated argomech, your palms still get sweaty at the controls whenever you excellerate to anything beyond cruise speed. But still considered a highly trained solider and the controls of a multi-million C-bill war machine.

Regular= So you've lived through your first battle, good for you. Making crispy critters and mowing down those poor defenseless infantry with your Firestarter's weapons sure have built up your confidence. Your hands now itch at the chance to once again proove your mettle against your House's enemies fierces warriors, or alteast something more dangerous than half trained militia. "Guys, it's a Wasp!!! Please send reinforments!!" screamed the pilot fromt he controlls of his Enforcer. 3-5 years experience, anywhere from a light to light heavymech depending on talent and dumb luck. Remember this guy is mediocre or regular, he's still a highly trained warrior, but still relativly wet behind the ears.
Veteran= Your tough and you got the scars to proove it. With grim determination you've risen through the ranks, dispatching your foes along the way. You've hot-dropped onto enemy worlds and given reknown units a black eye. And you even got a reputation throughout your house's (and enemy's?) military as a badass who get's s**t done. From the seat of your Warhammer you command your troops, and from your Warhammer's stumpy arms spew death and destruction... Peter looked over the feedback from his sensors.
Particle cannons online, medium lasers, good, small lasers, check, short range missiles, good, coolant levels, good. A summary of all the back up and secondary systems also checked out good. Peter smiled wickedly."I pity the fool who gets in my way." 6-10+ years xp anything up to a light assault mech, unless your Lyran or a noble in which case the stars maybe the limit. A good example would be Yorinaga Kurita, or Archer Christifori.
Elite= You were bored. With a sigh you drum your fingers along the top of the desk awaiting for the crew of Solider of Fortune to began taking pictures for your 6 page article. It had been a long tough road, but you've finally arrived at the apex of mechwarrior's elite. Many had died along the way, friends as well as enemies. But now you stood squarely in the spotlight, your name was a common household word. Men wanted to be you, women wanted to be with you. And you laughed at the distant memory of stumbling an ancient Locust through some rough terrain barely being able to keep up with the rest of the mechs of your unit. 15+years xp virtually any mech is yours to command. You've probably been promoted to the ranks of general of a house unit or went out and founded your own merc corp. A great example of this would be Natasha K, Morgan Kell, Jaime Wolf (yeah I know, vat-brat Dragoons) But no other names are coming to mind...

That puts Frederick at a what, veteran level?
On another note, RP juices are still shot and I am still lost when it comes to the plot.

I am having trouble figuring out how to at the moment and am being somewhat lazy due to lack of inspiration or drive as to trying to figure out what is going on and where my character is, how he got there, and what he has been doing all this time.

I got home last night (Tuesday 2:15ish in the morning) after a 11.5 hour shift to find the ole' lady had all our stuff packed up and ready to go. More drama/stupid stuff, but needless to say we loaded up the car and I drove all the way to the Bay area from Nevada... So yeah now I'm letting ya know that I moved, it might take me a bit to get situated, so please bare with me...
