SOP for undercover agents in real life is to meet in discreet, but open, locations. Like meeting in Samuel's tea house and simply talking in low tones in the corner, like Az did. Your way: A) Compromises the location. In this case, a meeting place for an information dealer, who has every reason to be fully alert for such things as agents attempting to poison each other. So Samuel has probably taken steps to inform all the major players who attend his tea house that someone is making hits and responding with armed units to kidnap them. He wants to stay neutral and your 'SOP' has completely blown that out the water - Samuel will want to know who is breaking the rules so he can attempt to ensure they stop f*cking with his operation.
Alerts everyone else that someone is dicking about. This is a neutral meeting spot, and you just poisoned someone and then kidnapped him with a team of armed men in broad daylight. People will have noticed. They'll be talking to Samuel and each other, and trying to find out who you are, who kidnapped you, and what's going on. Not to mention all the bystanders who just saw a guy collapse in an alley and have a bunch of soldiers kidnap him in broad daylight. Dylan may have walked into a back alley, but your van can't drive in there - and you didn't say you tried either. Everyone knows about this - the police have probably been called and it's probably on the news. Samuel has probably identified Dylan and informed Von Bremen through appropriate channels (Either he knows it's a Lyran Op, or he's simply telling them that one of their mechwarriors was kidnapped). So your efforts to keep everything supahspeshulsecwet means everyone knows about it. Hell, Jack probably knows.
C) It's a hugely inefficient. The amount of resources and personnel you've devoted to a minor player, one you've mentioned in the past is unliked/in low favour/something like that, who has...no mission here whatsoever that I've seen you mention anywhere. So we have an elite, infantry *** mech commando, specializing in special operations, hit and run affairs faffing about in a low brow gladiator stable for no purpose, alerting everyone on the planet to the presence of the 7th Kommando (Who has f*ck knows what reason to be here), tying up upwards of a dozen other Kommandos who are to...something. Oh and as some bizarre sort of test, you've gone and murdered multiple men, despite having been stabbed less than 24 hours previous to...pass a test that no WD has ever had to do ever...which wasn't actually a test unless they were just checking you'd say 'Oh look a bad guy, I should attempt to escape' when captured...for this operation to do...nothing...
I don't know what you're up to GW, but you're going to need to do a lot better than handwave it as SOP. Your posts were getting much better for a while but this has actually made me rage. If you're going to do something like this, you need a reason, you need GM's permission to do something that compromises the plot, and you need player permission to use their characters and setting. That is Standard Operating Procedure.
Sorry I'm coming off harsh here, but I do mean this as constructive criticism, so hopefully that'll take the edge off.

The reality is that intelligence work is usually pretty boring and dry.
Or even better find a nice memoir of someone who worked in the CIA, FBI, MIA, KGB, etc. Then see how relatively rare it is for people to be killed off, assassinated, gun fights to occur, etc.
If you look at some of the most successful agents they were the people that appeared to be so boring or normal that no one paid any attention to them.

Anything that attracts attention or notice is really a no go if you are trying to perform any sort of covert operation.

GW, you didn't anger me and I am pretty sure everyone else if fine with you in general.
It's just that most of us have invested quite a bit of time in this RP and when something feels "wrong" or "out of place" it is hard to keep quiet.
However, I really hope you don't take it as a personal attack, by and large your posts have improved significantly since you started RPing here, just remember that often normal can be awesome and don't be afraid to communicate with the rest of us before you post(although this applies to everyone in general, if you have a major, potentially game changing post coming up, it would be a good idea to discuss it with the other participants).

might revolve around Randolf Von Bremen if Thom doesnt object
No pbjection from me. Everybody seems to use him.
Edit: After reading your post I must say I like the way you've fluffed Kevin's disappearance. Also I might add, that your comment on RPing Randy the way you did, is right on the money. I intended him to be a brake to Erin. Good stuff, can't wait to see more.
