Soooooooooo PGI-DHS had bugs and Pulse lazers apparently had bugs. Now you are coding a bunch of "fixes" and after these "fixes" heat, dps, etc will pretty much remain the same (slight slight changes not with standing)?

Explain to me how that is the most efficent use of your guy's time?

You could have just as easily said-"after further review EHS will be single heat sinks, DHS outside of engine will be DHS, pulse lasers are fine. We are now going to have more staff work on the community warfare development"
