Well, here's a rough concept draft at this point anyway. Comments? Verbal abuse? Shall I leave at that? (nice try but don't try, Ironhawk) Shall I continue further down the (long) process?

I really like it and it would be excellent to see you continue and finish this work of art.
I do think it would look better if the legs were beefed up a little though but that's just my opinion.

Dude, that's a WICKED look'n concept draft. Like others, i'm not a fan of the Grasshopper, personally i find it lacking in the offensive front and too slow to counter-balance it's lack of weapons. BUT.. it is one of the second-string Iconic Mechs from the MW/BT Universe and I for one would love to see your finish *rendishion* of this guy.

Stop making me fall in love with you. Grasshopper was always one of my favorites, having used it quite a bit in MPBT: Solaris.

My one comment would be the... appendage... dangling... between the legs.

Dihm is seeing something I'm having a problem with. It's mechanically unsound for a 140,000-pound jumping Battlemech to have anything hanging that low...he'd break it off on landing, bro. Couple of tons of ouch.

That said: I approve of this design. Your Grasshopper would be one of my all-time favorites were it to make it into the game.

I'm not a big fan of the Grasshopper, but I do dig your remake. I'd use it.

Hate the Grasshopper... LOVE the artwork, almost makes me like the Grasshopper.
