What I am looking for:

-Excellent players that understand the game and want to win.
-A relaxed, humorous atmosphere. Vulgarity and trolling must be acceptable and at times encouraged.
-A minimum of 15 active people. Active to me means 4+ nights a week for sessions of ~1hr+
-Minimal role play (I actually prefer zero role play, but am willing to tolerate it in small doses).


What I am not looking for:

-People who think you need to be active on the forums in order for you to kick *** and take names in the game. If you think I am devoting more than 15 minutes a week to whatever you post on your forums, you're insane. I want to play MWO, not talk about playing MWO.
-An application process that takes more than sitting in a few games with me and getting to know me. I'm not applying to your corp. Or your clan. Or your guild. Or whatever you call yourselves. If you want me to join, find me online, group with me, and lets play a few games. Then we'll talk about me 'applying'.
-A group of people that cannot keep their K/D Ratio above 1.0.
-A bureaucratic nightmare of ranks, positions, promotions, etc. I have no interest in being supreme commander of the underpants lance. I have interest in winning MWO matches.


What I offer:

-A great deal of knowledge and leadership in-game. I get results and win most of my matches in crappy PUG's. My K/D ratio is well over 1.0, it will probably be around 2.5/3 once another week or so goes by.
-A hilarious, winning attitude, and a generally easy-to-get-along-with demeanor.
-Decent trolling ability
-Activity. I am a very active player that plays peak EURO and US times 4-5 nights a week.
-A desire to both learn from and teach others; I can make you a better pilot.

There are always plenty of people on. Just hop into the Looking for Group channel or better yet, just find a dropship channel with less than 8 and introduce yourself. People are really friendly and its a great way to meet players and maybe find a Merc Corps to join. If you see me on there, please stop in and say hello, I'll help you find a group if mine is full.

Hey there Balance. In the past we have played with you in random games and were impressed with your overall MW skillz. We would definately like to add you to our ranks, but have no issues with you playing with us first and in fact encourage that with all new players.
