Hi guys;

I need a little help here, how do I stop the build up of my post, I know that does not sound right so I'll explain.

I got into my profile then forum profile then I click on the little box on the right called "find content" and BOOM there is every post and topic I have ever started or posted to...

Most of them are dead topics that I do NOT want to participate in anymore and I would like to delete them or erase them or whatever, I just want them to go away.

I really want to just track about a half-dozen or so. so how do I do this?

As far as I know, you cannot remove them from that list ... simply because that list is of everything you have ever posted. You aren't actually following or keeping track of those posts.

To do what you want, you have to click the "Follow this topic" button in the top-right of the threads you actually do want to keep track of. I think you get an E-mail or something regarding the topics you follow, at least with the Daily or Weekly options.
