Top menu vanishes when scrolled to top of page?

If the website page is in the default position, the menu options to the left of the envelope on the top line are not visible.

If you scroll down the web page, you get the MWO/Media/Forums/Community/Support menu options again.

This is on all browsers I've tested it with (Chrome/IE/Firefox).

Ahhh - I've just realised it appears to be by design. The large block menu "folds up" to the smaller one when you're scrolled.

Bad design imho - not intuitive.

also the scroll does not work right on IE9 even if you hate IE a pro site should still work on IE

What do you mean, "not intuitive"???

You have access to all of the options no matter where you are scrolled to in the page. If you are at the top, the redundant options disappear. That's pretty darn intuitive to me.

What exactly isn't working for you? The scroll works just fine for me in IE, Chrome, and Firefox.
