I had many Games yesterday and often i had 2 or more peple just sitting in the Base and also people commiting suicide in a light-Mech without armor to farm c-bills...
Now...how to get rid of these behaviours?
Well, pretty simple:
The problem is, that useful actions are not honored enough with c-bill-bonuses.
So: Don´t reward just beeing in the Game that much.
Instead of giving each player a fix amount of c-bills for a win/lose, reward usefull actions more than now.
An Idea how it could work: Link the XP-Bonus you get for example for assists/kills/spotting with the c-bills you get. May be about 250 times as much, means 250cb/XP.
Example: You get an kill-Assist and get 75XP for it. Normally you would gain also fixed 2000cb. With the new system you would get 75XP * 250cb/XP = 18750cb. Simple as that.
If you have eared 400XP in the hole Game (without premium or founder bonus), you will get 100000cb. If you win, your cb-bonus gets doubled.
Maybe there sould be a Maximum at about 500-600XP (300000cb in case of win), and a minimum if you did one useful action. Otherwise the system would frustrate the losing team.
This system rewards useful players and sanctions afk-ing, or suiciding, because this players wont get (much) XP (and as it follwos not much cb).
The figures are just example figures. Maybe others would make more sense.
A compromise between the actual system and this system would be also possible. Just decrease the amount on money for a win/lose and increase the cb-bonuses for actions (not fixed as now - instead linked to the XP they give) in the game.
I really think this would improve the game, and i hope you like the idea of this system.
