I saw elsewhere that ECW hasn't been implemented yet, but have the mechanics been described or announced? What about the Beagle? A quick search didn't show me anything in recent history, but I may have just nubbed it up.

Those components are just placeholders, they'll be actived some time in late November IIRC.

And at present, you cannot load them onto any mech other than a Raven 3L. They no longer exist in the mechlab as options for other chassis. Wondering if that will change too.

I found you can only get them from a Raven 3L stock... but you could remove them and place them onto other mechs as the items are now in your inventory for the mech lab. Just can't purchase the individual components first, discovered from the last closed beta patch so should still be valid.
