I was thinking that during game modes their should be different commander voices for each House and Merc Corps
that tells you the objective, the opposing faction, and responds if you win,lose, or tie.

Like these examples:

Enemy House Capturing a Building:
Response- House Kurita is capturing the Chemical Plant, don't let them get too close.

House Steiner Victory:
Response- Good Job Mechwarrior, the Archon will be pleased.

Davion Recon Mission:
Response- House Liao units are in the area, so we need all the Davion units, including yours,
to search and destroy any Liao units.

Territory Captured by your House:
Response- All right! This territory is under Marik control!

Merc Corps Defeated:
Response- Next time, if we want the job done right, we'll do it ourselves.

Then, just throw in some languages to give the houses a cultural feel for variety.

I would get the voice actor of The Medic from TF2 for House Steiner.
