I realised there are threads for the status of beta and lots of help. No one has covered the situation where we have more than 100% or more steps than 23 were done and it all results in being rejected.

So I thought I would write up some information to help folks with this issue in their account.

Well unlucky, it means you are not allowed to play the game EVER not just beta.
