Hiring a decent UI designer would have gotten you this earlier however...
1) Remove all confirmation dialogs for "non-damaging" successful actions. (i.e. everywhere "Success" has an "OK" or "Close" confirmation dialog) - Just do what the user is wants done.
2) Distance "damaging" controls from non-damaging. It's currently too easy to accidentally remove a friend when attempting to invite them (without a confirmation dialog!), or leave a group when you are trying to launch - these controls are actually very poor as they are.
3) Add a toggle for group auto-launch on all ready. Auto-launch when group creator is the last to "Ready".
The fact that voice communication still isn't directly integrated into each client is a topic for another discussion and thread - but the fact that addon voice will never provide the same level of team cohesiveness across the user base that built-in will stands.

I would really like a "people previously played with" list. I wont remember someones exact name after a match, and there is zero search options.
Its not a very social game when their is no public chat and 3rd party voicechat systems are needed to talk with anyone.
