Where did the Mechbay program go?

On the beta forums there was a thread with a program made by Galen Cox that was a simulated mechlab that let you play around with different builds and see what the stats would be. Does anyone know if that's been reposted since the forums changed? I find that tool to be invaluable.

If you knew his name, why couldn't you just use the forum search?
