Hi,
I can play properly on other maps.
But the Ice/Snow covered Map always gives me FPS problem (around 4 to 10 fps).
Can try to resolve?

Sorry. To add on, it's kinda insane for the cost of repairs on my mech when I cannot even fight properly or fight at all on that map.

I get the same problem, only on Frozen City.
Others have reported getting low fps on other maps.

Me too. Every other map my FPS stays in the 25-30 range. Frozen City immediately drops into the teens and stays that way, and it doesn't matter where am I on the map, what I'm doing, or who else is near me. I've tried deleting the shader cache, tried different User.cfg set-ups, tried everything I can think of, but Frozen City remains a problem.

I have a problem on that map too. My window suddenly goes black minimizes and comes back up, after short time. After having occured once in a match, frequenzy of crashing increases rapidly, during said match. When i get the window back its all white ... gradually returning to normal.
Maybe it is related to some shader or a post effect, as i have a similar problem in another game(gw2) - it stops happening there after i turn off postprocessing and shaders.
Sadly that workaround doesnt work here!
