ok I've made a lot of posts giving suggestion or stating an opinion always ends up pretty bad... Looks like people are shy to write the positif stuff on forums so this is the place.

JUST SAY WHAT YOU LIKE ABOUT THE GAME RIGHT NOW AND NOTHING NEGATIVE FROM ANYONE IS ACCEPTED.WE DON'T CARE YOU DON'T AGREE JUST THE GOOD STUFF.

I really want to know if it's gonna fill as quick as the bad stuff.

Its Battletech
It has batttlemechs shooting the crap of each other... whats there not to like. It only lacks urbanmech and maybe some zombies...
I realy needed my Battletech fix.

EDIT. We dont need invading space orks tough... the clanners can play that part just fine.

Zombie mechs would be nice. What they eat ? engines ? or maybe pilots since they basically are the brains of mechs.

The fundamental idea of customizing a mech and taking it into combat against the enemy is really fun.

On high-end systems the game is really pretty.

Multiple playstyles work effectively.

Mechs of different classes can all play in the same game together and all have effective roles to play. I can core out an assault mech in my light if they let me have their back for long.

The combat engine works pretty well.

The mechlab works pretty well.

The pilotlab bonuses are now definitely worth investing in, encouraging people to get real mechs instead of trial.

C3 voip works pretty well.

The mechs look great. Except Cel-shaded Lo Wang. Even he looks alright *grumble*

What you're referring to is known as Evangelion

I think the game so far is awesome, I've been having a blast playing. I've been hoping for a new MechWarrior game for a really long time and just happened to stumble across MWO right about the time open beta started. I look forward to seeing what's to come as new gameplay elements are added in.

The look and feel of piloting a mech is done very well.

Actual combat / gameplay is solid and worlds of fun.

Controls are (to me) intuitive and unique, making MWO not just an "FPS with robots." Much more of a tactical game than a twitch game.

Graphics are stunning, if some of the environments are a bit washed out or uninspired. Weapon effects and sounds are great; though I think PPC's need some work in that regard.

Yes Tactics and skills are definetly the key to this game you won't be successful only buy buying an atlas first day and it just makes it better.

The mechs in Evangelion aren't mechs. Theyre "angels" ie space creatures fallen to earth that had their brainstem drilled out and a pilot cylinder inserted. After that they strapped armor on like Deathwing in WoW...brutally and directly into the flesh.

In the beginning of the series they ran with giant leader cables back to the base for power and computer assistance. After a while they started carrying power packs.

(end hijack)

I love that moment when you get through the armor of a given section and destroy the ammo it contains. The Explosions, debris, and general display is visceral.

The way people say the nicest things in the game is great. When I was getting started, they would give me helpful hints and tips like:
"Zoom out you *****!" and "PPCs have no effect at short range, you bloody #%c*!"

Then, when I got better at the game, people were so supportive congratulating me on high kill counts during a match and saying things like "He plays like a crazy person, I like his style." Soon, I was bursting with pride and enjoying the way that such different people from all over the world could come together over their love of giant stompy robot-tanks. Seeing people thousands of miles away in parts of the world , that not so long ago were thought of here as mysterious and/or dangerous, going on about their love of clan Jade Falcon and such is kind of touching, in a geeky sort of way. *sniff*

I love the 'Mechwarrior series, starting w/ MW2 it's the first PC game that ever jumped straight off the shelf and into my drive. The story, the places, the machines 'n weapons: everything has always peaked my interest. Some people say the games take no skill, but they've just gotten used to the skills they've acquired.

Awareness + Communication + Execution = Win.. period, people who say it was the LRMs fault, or blame the SSRMs are wrong.. it was the pilot and that is what makes these games so great.

Did I mention intense PvP combat?

I have high hopes that someday this game could be THE e-sport extraordinaire.. I will never ever forget those matches on Solaris VII, cougar beats daishi x2 on expert oh YAAAAA! and PGIs future goals for the game seem to be heading in that direction, especially when planets, resources and everything that comes w/ that power is on the line!

edit: to finish it off, if the game stays exactly the way it is now I'd still be tickled shitless by it and play it for a very long time. :(
