How long does it take before the systems post your MC after purchase, getting impatient?

I am also in the same boat. Email'ed support, who told me to clear my cache on my browser, go to my profile and then start the game. Obviously this didn't do anything. Purchased 3000 MC last Thursday.

Hey im in the same boat. I emailed support tonight so ill have to wait for a response. Btw i also got the 3000mc wonder if its a problem with that selection

I tried to buy the 49.95 pack! I put my card info in the first time, then hit continue Poof! Nothing I thought I did something wrong so I re-entered info same result. Now I read this thread and am worried. A) Where did my info go and who now has it? Did I just spend a hundred bucks? I was psyched now,,,not so much.

So has anyone gotten their credits yet? Im still waiting for mine or at least a response from support.

Call your credit card company to stop the payment. That is the fastest way to get a response, stop the money. Also use paypal because paypal will work with you to get the money back or just stop it from going to them.

I purchased the 3000 pack and a 1250 pack on Thursday the 25th and have recieved nothing yet. Awaiting a response from support as well.

I think it would depend on how you pay. I could be wrong though.

It typically takes me 2 minutes to get credited.

Just got off with a conversation with support. Apparently it can take up to ten days for it to register if you pay with a credit card. If it doesn't appear after ten days, then I don't know what to do.

Use paypal for fast returns I have found. Prepay cc take the longest by far.

Most likely your card have been denied, join the club, but look on a brigth side it's saving you money.
