This game should use a smarter patch system, such as the .diff system used in Linux. This way, people download the base game, (X GB), and, whether they're fully patched or not, they have the latest patch download as cumulative, but in a way that it only downloads what it needs. Now, it seems to need v1.1 to get v1.1.2 to get v2 to get v2.5 et cetera, just to get to version 10.
Instead, download the latest version as cumulative, but smartly. Only taking what it needs.
