Searched the forums, older topics on this issue suggest using the "Edit my profile" page, which has five uneditable fields for me (country/email/pilot name/first name/last name). So, NOT the password stuff.
A bit of help, please?

Glad to help.
See your name on this post? Put your mouse arrow on your name. Click it. It will take you to your profile listings. Now look at that page and look in the upper right side where it says EDIT MY PROFILE. Click on that. From there it will take you to your password and e-mail where you should be able to do the changes there I think.

From the login screen you have to enter your email address and then click forgot password. They'll send you a link to your email to reset it.
