Today I wondered how many other Founders out there were currently only playing because of the free premium time until they put in the option to start out premium countdown? Cause I know personally I'll be shelving this to let it mature hopefully and come back at a later time to start that clock ticking.

I play for fun with my team mates
it's a nice chat and relaxing every day after work/dinner
crack a beer, cheer up, and blast things away as you stomp on Unorganized of AFK pugs trying to farm c-bills

I plan on buying more premium time as soon as the founder time reset happens, thinking of springing for the full year.

nope playing it cause i like it, I will kick my premium off as soon as it's available, then when i run out if I haven't gotten all the mechs i'm currently planning on i will just buy more premium time until i do.

The only way I shelve this at this point is if I meet the goals I've set and there isn't anything new to do with the game at that point. (of course my goals are currently 10 mechs across 3 classes customised and maxed out on xp, soon as the cataphract shows up add another class and 3 more mechs.)

I be playing, and I will NOT reset my founder status as I am unsure if the reset also resets my mechs etc. Can't see why it wouldn't, I could by a Wen Lo Wang between now and then and what happens to the MC and the mech if I reset it all?

I'm playing because it's Mechwarrior, I only paid stupidmoney because I have disposable income and I wanted to support it.

As someone with disposable income, F2P is a win-win situation.

I purchased a Founder's Package because I liked what the dev's had to say about their plans for the game. I'm playing now because I enjoy it... a lot... and I understand what it is to be involved in a beta, be it closed or open.

It's nice to have the gravy available if you want it. I've spent money on pointless crap and extra char slots for Champions Online because it's a fun game. Here, I play for the mechs because that's part of the game for me; IDW just buy them unless it was the first day of something insane like an Unseen Warhammer.

I do have a Wang (many here have one >___>) but because I already had MC from the package and I am one of those collector types; it looks cooler than it drives, at least for me so far. Certainly not some kind of beast ride. I got the Nvidia fairy too, just to have it. Coconut monkey is waaaay cooler though. I imagine when more gravy options come out I will spend monies on those, that and mechbays.

It may be super difficult to understand, but I play because I enjoy the game!

I have tons of MC to spend on additional premium time at a later date.
