Joystick Help

Hi I have been struggling to get my joystick setup on this game. I have most of it working except the pitch and to the Y axis. One problem is the invert option on the menu seems to do nothing. The other problem is it moves really really really slow on that one axis. The other axis work fine. And I have calibrated the joystick a number of times. Thanks in Advance for any help you can give me. I really want to start playing Mechwarrior again but I hate using a mouse for this game.

Have you tried using the configs posted in the forum?
