I can equip it and all but I have no option to fire it while in a match.

Oh dang, I don't have a C9A, I do have a C9AL, and it worked fine for me

Sorry forgot to mention it was on the torso hardpoints.
I tried equipping the TAG on both centurions in their torso hardpoints. It doesn't show up in any weapon group once in a match. Works fine when placed in an arm through.

I have had the same trouble on my Yen Lo Wang, and my CN9-A in the CT.
