Hi mate, welcome.

There used to be some information floating around about creating/modifying your CFG files to disable these options, but the related posts haven't been moved over from the beta forums yet, and I don't have the information available. PGI used to frown upon using these, mainly because they wanted us to test the engine without modification, but if it's making you nauseous it's a good argument for doing a little altering. There were some issues with custom cfg's not working after patches, also. I'll dig around when I get home, see if I can turn anything up.

cl_fov = 80

put that in your user.cfg. you may want to play with the number. 60 is the lowest i think.

What you are talking about is Field of View, which is what cl_fov sets. Depth of Field is a completely different thing.

DoF is how far things are in focus or when they go out of focus, and I am not sure if you can control it.

r_DepthOfField = 0

No idea if it works. They may have disabled this command.

You can also just set post processing to low in your graphics settings.

I have tried that, but am still not sure what it does? I think maybe is adjusts the quality of the post processing items, but don't think it turns them off.
