Since the move to open beta I have seen several players on my blocked list appear in the same game.
Not sure if this is the correct forum, but if its not the "bug" forum is hidden. lol

I'm pretty sure the blocked players only blocks invites/messages from those players, and has nothing to do with that player being matched in the same match.

Honestly, don't think putting them on your "Blocked" list prevents them from being in matches with you (or against you)... tho that would be nice...
