Hi there,

do I get it right that I have to write a mail to support@mwomers.com to report ingame rudeness or is there a forum function for that?

Do I need a screenshot for that and if so how can I make one ingame to support my claim?

yes, write a mail to support, it will create a ticket.
Don't know if you need a screenshot, if so, they should make a take screenshot funciton available ingame.

There is little you can do against "rudness."

However if its harassment then of course. Go for it.

Just remember. "Its just a game." Applies to both people involved. If the incident important and severe enough to qualify reporting?

Thank you for your answers. Hitting 'print' ingame copied the screen to the clipboard. Do not know if it is severe enough, as I read something like that for the first time ingame. But I am sure support will know (they probably get spammed by much worse stuff...).
