I dont know what happen but my profile shows i am a lone wolf. How to join a faction? My ingame faction tab is greyed out.
And i dont recieve any XP(for mech trees upgrade) after every game. Is it because i am a lone wolf?

You cannot join a faction; factions are not in-game yet, and the allegience selector for the forum is currently broken. The only thing you're missing is the forum picture, that's it.
Trial mechs do not gain XP. when you purchase your first mech, you will begin to earn XP for that mech.

Factions in game are not implemented yet. Ever since the switch to the new forum we have been unable to change our allegiance icons in our forum profile either.
You are not receiving any XP because you are still using the trial 'Mechs. Once you have enough C-Bills (or buy MC) to get your own 'Mech, you will start earning XP.
