Indeed, it would be nice to get some clarity. Hey, perhaps all this fuss is over nothing. Either way we need to know where we stand. Its important to know from a spending point of view. If certain builds aren't worth it I would rather invest my money elsewhere.

If a Double Heatsink doesn't sink double the amount of a Single Heatsink then it is no Double Heatsink. I don't care about the threshhold increase - would totally be fine with +1 threshold, +0.2 cooling for DHS.
