You devs have done a very good job of recreating the old Mech games, but why do skirmishes only? It gets boring doing skirmishes only.
How about adding a 7 team, against an AI system with a mission to do? That would make it more interesting.
I haven't even gotten past beta and am bored already.
Skirmishes should only be an alternative to getting better gear, etc. Not the main game..
Great on resurrecting Mech Warrior, but skirmishes only?

This is a great idea as in I feel there needs to be more to this game. It is still in beta so who knows what they have in the works for us. Enjoy what we DO have. = )

PVE has been looked at but will not be included any time soon... PVP is what we have...
Also... check out information on Community Warfare that is being added soon as well as different Battle Modes that will be implimented soon as well...
Lot's coming so hang in there...

i agree with this, i loved doing missions, and there should be a objective mode. one of the devs said in an interview that the original mechwarrior multiplayer in the third and fourth installment was an "after thought", that they wanted to do it better. but really so far it feels allot like the first multiplayer games with better graphix...
would like to see some more original ideals for game modes.

A PvE coop campaign would be a fantastic addition to MWO. But don't get your hopes up.
We are in open beta now and they still haven't come close to delivering on their promises on multiplayer variability. Let's face it, this is World of Mechs -- the Battletech version of World of Tanks.
