To further explain my issue;
I am in a group and am trying to launch with them, when we all ready up, and the group is launched, then I get the loading screen of the map, once past that I get a black screen for a few seconds, and I then see the full screen close and I have disconnected from the game and I'm back in the launcher. Please help !

So you get kicked back to the 'Mech Lab? It sounds like your 'Mech build is invalid. Obviously you first need to check for an engine in your 'Mech. The next thing you need to check is that you have the minimum 10 heat sinks equipped.

Also, rarely this can happen if you use a standard engine, upgrade to Endo Steel and Ferro-fibrous and proceed to fully equip your 'Mech and fill all the slots. Sometimes it will let you switch to an XL engine and you will not have all the required [structure] and [armor] criticals. Count those up and make sure you have 14 of each.

This happened to me. Forgot to add the heat sinks I needed.
