Hello all, as the title states I am looking to join up with a lance/unit composed of more mature pilots. In terms of my knowledge of the battletech/mechwarrior universe lore I do not know much as I played the games hard when I was a lot younger and didn't care much for the story, now that I am getting more active on this beauty of a game I am much more interested in the background and story of the game and I realized that lone wolf is damn frustrating and just not as fun as having a couple of good pilots to watch your back.

In terms of my mechs of choice I prefer to roll a heavier brawler like the atlas or an awesome and can fulfill the role quite well, when it comes to receiving and acting out a strategy I will be a bit slow since I have yet to do so on this game but I catch on fast. I also have a mic.

http://www.housesteiner.com A selection of lances / regiments make their home there. Dedicated Teamspeak3 server (on the northeast coast, so it is a little hit and miss at the moment!) Check it out.

Ripperzipper, no need to go to a seperate forum to find out that most steiner groups are part of a hub group that just is looking for numbers. I would like to invite you to check out the Skye Rangers at http://www.skye-rangers.net

Not only are we approximately the same size as the largest Steiner HUB groups combined, but we also have a 100 channel TS3 and a 50 channel Mumble server as a backup. The biggest problem is that I'm typing this before I leave for work and there isn't enough time to tell you about all the fantastic things about the Skye Rangers group. So how about you pop over for a bit, we'll even give you access to talk on our TS3 once you create an account on our forum and start talking with us.

Salute!

I'm the Skye Rangers Brigade Master at Arms and RCOM of SR22TR and the 22nd "Chance" SR MWO Team. SR22TR has an established and effective Cadet Training doctrine which readies every Cadet for front line duty. We have active SR22TR Specialists and Instructors as well as Regiment SenSGMs in every Regiment who will work with Cadets as they skill up for combat. SR Cadets are of primary importance to the Brigade. Once you've signed on with SR you'll find that you are in very good hands from Cadet to combat ready Veteran.

SR22TR awaits your arrival.
