Cant Talk After Death - Bug?

When I die my vision goes all fuzzy and I cant talk in game anymore. That a bug or a death effect? lol

Bug probably. The can't talk effect can be usually solved by pressing ESC and then either pressing resume game or ESC again.

Will happen when you die when shut down. When you are shut down you cannot talk or use tab etc.

The chat also sometimes dies if you are typing and the player you spectated dies (so it switches spectate to another player). Usually you just lose what you were typing, but it has sometimes killed my ability to chat completely.
