If we're going to have an ingame computer voice for the mechs, there should be a commander ability to call out specific target mechs. When the commander designates a new target, each mech on the team has an audio message "Bravo designated primary target." This would help pugs out as they can more easily focus fire on targets without the need for voice or text chat.
