it is easy to figure i started the night with 18k i did some matches got up to 500k bought some ff armor now at the end of the night i'm at 2.5 million. I do have a premium account but i only used my 2 cents no founder or wang mechs. So according to this i'd have made 1.5mil cbills as a free player but that would only work after they get out of the trial mechs best i did with the trial mech one night total was 500k. Something seems outa wack here hmmmm I'd venture a guess that they need to bump up the income with trials to at least 80% of a normal mech. I say 80% since your not going to average 450 damage per match in a trial mech.

Trial mechs can make up to 2 Mil/h when you "play agressive"

Yeah, rush your way to buying a mech. Learn nothing from any of the games you play in. Don't learn how to play defensively, or work with your team. Effectively waste your time since you're not enjoying the matches at all. Ruin those matches for other people who are actually trying to play the game.

Come out the other end with a pile of cbills and less battle experience than everyone else. Good luck.

To bad so many people do this, have you rea the threads trying to "justify" how this is an effective means to play the game? It makes me lol.

How much do suicide trails get for suiciding?

The thing with suiciders is that once they rush to get that fancy new customized mech, they aren't going to know how to play it. Once they start losing every match in their very-expensive-to-repair mech, they are going to cry that it's not fair. It was true in the 80's, tis true now: No Pain, No Gain.

I love how people assume people who are smart enough to figure out how to start playing the game the soonest are somehow bad. I know I did it to skip the boring grind before you earn exp/can customize your 'Mech.

The game doesn't begin until you own your own Battlemech.

And then they turn around and blame Premades for their losses.

How many hours did you play to get that amount? I know I made over 3 mil yesterday playing without any premium or founders, but I played 6 hours or so. "one night" is a little too vague.

100k for a loss 150k for a win (with premium)
doesnt seem like much but the trial mechs arent locked in game so if they die you can just quit the match and start a new one
takes less than 5 minutes form one match to another

you just assumed that becaus i know the tactic i use it, but i can tell you i make more money by winning with my premade so there is no need for me to use trial mechs.
btw i did some testing on aggro runs in closed beta to see if its a strategie worth doing.

Unless you're doing the basecap rush, trial aggro is faster cash than premades with 100% win rate.

You assume that everyone who uses this doesn't know how to play. Seeing as currently it is the most efficient way to make money by far that's a dangerous assumption. Also, don't blame the players, blame the game that rewards stupid gimmicks like this more than actual play.

As a premium account member (yes I know, premium this and premium that), I average in about 6 hours, 7-8 million Cbills. I'm on my way to the point of purchasing my second atlas, after having purchase the AS7-K at 13.7 million Cbills, and customizing both my founder atlas and my K-variant at around 3 mil apiece, and I've got 5.8 mil in the bank right now. I've played 127 games so far (at an average of 10 minutes apiece, so 21.5+ hours into the game so far), and I average about 250k per match after premium (making it about 31.75 million cbills in 21.5 hours minus an average of 40k in repairs).

Plus, I'm actually fighting in these matches and winning. I've only lost 12 of those games and I carry a 6.6 k/d ratio. So if you find me in a match, and you've got your shiny custom mech that you suicide rushed for, and I've got mine.... well, I'll let you put two and two together about what'll happen next.

Hey, you've got to cover that 300k Atlas repair bill somehow. Don't blame the player, blame the game. :P

How long was this "one night"? Cause anything over 2 hours of play in one sitting is pretty ******* long time...

Like people in eve that always said isk is easy to get.. Yeah no **** if I played 6-8 hours a day all week I'd have a **** ton more money and kills too..

I'm reporting every post that supports suiciding and talks about how useful it is.

Promoting farming routines that have been black-listed by the developers is a violation of the Code of Conduct, as is performing the suicide farmig in the first place.

If you have the urge to discuss suicide farming on the forums, then first visit the Command Chair article on farming, and then (since is seems you're unfamiliar with the most recent game developments), you should also read ALL the articles in the Command Chair subforum. They are all interesting and useful.

I'm sure you'll keep the mods busy with all these reports - the LRM of forum pvp.

Did you know that going against the opinions of elite no-lifer is against the TOS? :P

Yeah, because reporting people talking about a problem is going to make it all better. Great attitude. The fact that farming is so much more profitable than normal play should highlight this problem. Instead, people like you think that just banning people and trying to convince people that it's "dishonorable" is the solution. When you make more money with a gimmick than by actually playing it's broken and the solutions they've proposed are not going to be anywhere near enough.

If they did something like this: http://mwomercs.com/...le-trial-mechs/
I bet all these problems would go away.
