Ok so I have a Standard Engine 235 in my Yen-Lo-Wang which gives it a top speed of 76.1 KPH I recently got Speed tweak elite skill for it which supposedly increases the top speed by 10%. I did the match and my Top speed in my Yen-Lo-Wang should be 83.7 KPH but in game It can only go 81.3 KPH. Has anyone else had this issue?

Did you actually read the description on Speed Tweak in the pilot lab?
At the end of closed beta, it was 7.5%. which I think is very close to what you observed.

edit - had wrong speed in mind
pilotlab says 10% but 7,5% should be correct value
my jenner with 300 XL goes nearly 138,8 kph and with the tweak it is a bit above 149 kph

Maybe the UI is still showing an old value. It has been 7.5% for awhile.
