I've been trying to recreate a similar problem I had a couple of nights ago where for a couple of matches I had no weapons control on the HUD, but haven't managed it.
I had just done some customisation where I completely replaced a weapons group with TAG and some armour. After that, no weapons group control in HUD, my TAG was not allocated to any weapons group and the only thing I could fire were the weapons I had removed!
It was fixed by closing the game and coming back in again.

Anyone else?
