The silly thing is that with the new forums I have no idea where to post this bug and my sys specs to help fix it.

It is either their net coding, or the network infrastructure (guys responsible for the server well being).
Probably the net coding though, as CRYengine is not a very friendly.... thing.

Switching out my LAN card tonight to see if that fixes the issue, but it started randomly in the middle of the day on Sunday.

Another one only drops to the mechlab while loading the map.
Feel free to pm me if you need the playernames and a dxdiag report and / or chosen chassis incl loadout. (it seems that for the guy dropping while loading it happens only when he uses his customized founders Catapult)

I occasionally see lost connections to our persistent servers as well, although these are very infrequent. These are generally caused by terrible network congestion, which causes our send buffers to the game client to fill to capacity, which forces our servers to terminate the client connection. This would actually kick you back to the login screen, so your answer above narrows things down quite a bit for us.

If we can provide any support in form of logs or repros than just send us pm's. (Got 12 daily players at hand with each ~5-6h playtime each, all EU located.)

I'm fairly certain I found the issue on one of AT&T's servers. Now the questions is, do I just cancel and get another service provider or do I brave the dungeon that is AT&T Customer Service?

Should add that tonight is the first time I've encountered this problem. Seems like it hangs when it tries to load the mechlab; my cbills and MC/premium time appear, but the mechlab doesn't load. Social button won't work either. Client restarts seem to have no effect.

That being said, we've had never ending grief with the Cry networking layer purposely fragmenting packets and then failing or even corrupting the reconstructed packet on the receivers end. Crytek ended up sending us an engine patch designed to fix the issues, but it seems like this might not be totally fixed still. If you have a router or wifi device sitting between your computer and your internet connection, you might try cutting it out and seeing if the problems persist. This tended to help when we first encountered the black screen issues which were caused by this same engine bug.
@Araxes, I've heard that a very small percentage of users are reporting some game assets are getting corrupted after playing a match. These reports have not been reproduced at this time, but I'll point your post out to the Dev who's recently been trying to follow on up this issue and see if he has any advice.

Indeed, this does seem like the dreaded (but rare) FRead issue. This can be confirmed if you test you pak files with 7-zip. More details are in this thread:
http://mwomercs.com/...in-fread-error/
In post #26 I give a quick and easy way to scan all the pak files at once with 7-zip. If you have a corrupted .pak, then you can PM me for a link to download a fresh copy (although there are links in that thread that may suffice).

I usually crash to desktop every 8-10 games. I guess it's the memory leak problem, though I don't know for sure. Very occasionally (perhaps 4 times in 15-20 hours of gameplay) I get the server connection lost message where the client kicks me out of the game (actual battle, not mechlab) to the login screen. Once it happened to 5 of our group at once. I guess it was a problem at the server side. Usually it happens only to me, the other 7 go on playing. It could be because I'm in Europe and the others are in the US. I usually have a ping between 130-160 but occasionally it spikes up to 1200-1500. The first time it happened I couldn't log back in directy and had to restart client. But nowadays I restart client every chance I get :-)
I appreciate your efforts to solve these problems and will be watching the "need more info" topics to provide any feedback I can.

As noted in the FRead error thread, I went thru and checked my .PAK files with no errors, but this was after I moved my first install off to a separate directory and went thru and did fill reload. New load doesn't show any errors in .PAK files either. Noticed here that I am unable to post in FRead thread (where I would have put part of this here) http://mwomercs.com/...64#entry1320964
I had been using a memory flush program in between matches which seemed to extend my ability to drop continually but even after several the other issues of black screen and lockups still pop up.
With the new install here I'll be testing how well the client performs, but I'm trying to figure out which files I can copy over from my old directory to keep my custom key loadout and video settings, but I think i might have come across a post which might help.
I know I might not have the greatest system here, and had yet to go do a bit of research here to compare AMD processor I have to the listed requirement of the version of Intel. I'm all for getting the game working as best possible thru testing, feedback, and suggestions as I see huge potential in it and many years of enjoyment.
I guess some of this should be split out or brought back from the threads that were in the Beta Forum side.

I tend to restart the client every 5 matches now, and no issues as of yet.
I always use a different mech in each match, hope this helps.

In the middle of the game... I would get a huge lag spike and get disconnected... either that or I would get massive rubber-banding before coming back to severely crippled or already destroyed mech...
This has happened more often since the 29th patch. Although, I'm guessing it's more related to the influx of new players affecting the server load.

It is a bit frustrating. I'd like to get back to grinding out some gear, but currently I can't stay in game long enough to get a single kill.

I have done a new installation and didnt solve the issue, but did clear up one other that I was having...not being able to
select chain fire of a group. After re installing its working properly again.

Dunno whether this is just a coincidence: 2 friends of mine and myself where playing a couple of matches today and we noticed that everyone of us 3 got dropped back to the mechlab after launch several times, but only when using the yen-lo-wang!
No matter whether the Yen-lo was customized or not.
So did we simply encountered this cry networking layer issue while "accidently" playing with the Yen-lo at the time it occured
or did anyone of u guys experienced bugs with the Yen-lo as well ?
Regards!

Basically after a few matches of playing, one of the matches will cause the whole game to close when I leave at the end.
No errors, no windows error reports etc, it just sends me to the desktop when i press the "quit match" button after a victory or defeat.
It has also CTD once when launching a match, also giving me no errors etc.
So far there also seems to be no crashdump files either so thats why im not sure if its really an engine crash or some weird disconnect that doesn't send me to to the login screen for whatever reason.
