I've had good luck since OB but today every match I get such bad rubber banding that I sometimes end up out of bounds and dead. Anyone else or just me? Trying to figure out if it is server related or if I need to try something locally.

I often get rubberbanding too, but for me, it's never been so bad that I landed out of bounds. Then again, overshooting a piece of cover or not getting a turn and hitting a building because your position changed in the middle of the maneuver often leads to death.

Might be your ISP and not totally game related, what is your ping in game?
