Just wanted to pimp my friends group Apocolypse Inc. Kito aka Mayhem is the guy on the right. He's been in music since early childhood, performing in a lot of African Arts song and dance.

He has produced / engineered several local hip-hop groups and Apocolypse Inc. is the first Alternative group. He also has a couple solo underground albums.

You can download those songs for free on there. They are currently getting ready to go on tour for the summer and local clubs are going bonkers to get these guys scheduled to the point they are starting to turn gigs down due to their already booked schedule.

I like the first song "Time" and the last song "Drug Love". It is considered Hip-Hop but I think it sounds more like Alternative. I would compare their sound to Linkin Park or Flobots. Help me support them and at least check em out.

Onnie

If you know any local acts to you, please share here. I travel a lot and like to catch local stuff from time to time.

As for the guy in the middle and on the left I don't know what instruments they play, but Kito *the black guy on the right* plays piano, guitar, drums, and an assortment of African instruments for which I don't know all their names, I've seen seen and heard him play while hanging out.

They do write their own music, as well as run their own fully functional studio with samples, technics, etc.
