i think it might be a good idea to add in some of the old school mechs like the puma, bushmaster, madcat, and thor for example later in the game that and an recruit a friend bonus so it will help promote the game it worked for other games in the past it will save you money in advertisement make the reward a paint job or a decal something that wont effect the game play for others but making the game more enticing to others i would like to see this game make it i've been a fan of mechwarrior for a long time and on another subject it might be a good idea to add prepaid cards and put them in places like wallmart gamestop and other places like it not everyone has a credit card in doing this it will make it more easier for the average person to get access to the better parts of the game and let the game get better funding so you can add mechs and maps later in the game.

I think skins and bobbles for recruiting is a good idea.
You can buy prepaid credit cards in places like Walmart and use them here. I had my credit card stolen last year, and it was a such a nightmare (like the ten freaking months I spent playing middle man between Mastercard and Valve to get my Steam account working again), I now use those little prepaid ones instead of my real ones 99% of the time - including my founder kit.
(I'm not saying specific MechWarrior cards, like the ones many other games have, are a bad idea. I think it would be great, and I'd use them.)

ya i'm glad you liked the idea i believe the decals or bobbles as you put it would better attract more players that everybody would like to make their mech look more unique more their own skins and decals would allow them to do so.
you should be careful with the metallic looking skin they are known to glich and you don't need any more bugs when you are still working to fix the rest
and on another subject i would still like to see some old school mechs in the game the only classics you have is the atlas and the catapult but going over what the game is going through i don't think it is currently possible but i still hope it can still be added in later in the development i also think the hero mechs are a bad idea just by looking at it thats creating an elite player and makeing it one sided im not hateing on the mech just the hero class its self

Lol, the Yen-Lo-Wang is little more than a paper weight. Its effectivness in a match is comparable to all the other Centurions. The Hero Mech is a shiney badge that screams "I paid money to look cool!" If looking cool is your thing then spend your money, if not, then don't. I get tired of people flaming the mech, its actually harder to build an effective skirmisher from it because of the hard point locations. I see a Wang, and I know that its survivability is based more on its pilots skill than any other Centurion.

Clan Invasion. The MWO release timeline is roughly aligned with the Battletech Universe Canon. Expect all the old school Clan mechs (Kitfox, Timberwolf [Madcat II] ) later next year.
*fingers crossed*
