Mechlab ergonomy

I know it has been stated hundred times, but we need to keep the idea awake:

Whoever has designed the Mechlab has absolutely no idea about UI ergonomy. The most important controls are alway on the opposite side of the screen, making sure you'll travel an extra mile with your mouse. Few examples:
- Select mech at the bottom, Loadout is at the top of the screen.
- hardpoint selection is on the left, weapon/equipment choice on the right
- Ready mech list at bottom left, Launch button upper right....
- Save button on the bottom, Launch button on the top (at least they're both on the right)

Hate to say it... But yeah... The UI feels like it's all over the place. They keep adding and moving things around, so at least I know someone is trying to improve it. One of these days I just know they'll get it right... I hope.
