Is it possible to play this game in full screen? The default is a small window of only half a modern screen's size, with no way to change it, but I'd think this is a bit weird for a 3D game that most people will want to play full screen...

Yes, you can set both the game resolution and window/full screen settings under options in the mech bay.

When you actually launch into a game it will switch to full screen. the mechbay screen is small but when you hit launch it should switch to the resolution you set it to bro.
