I use that horrible build precisely because the min/maxed builds are FAR too easy to play. getting kills with that beasty is actually a challenge. Also, yes I do get quite a few kills, even against premades.

PGI will appoint the Chancellor, or someone directly under him I suppose.

This XO position is the chief commanding officer for the officers participating in the command structure at www.HouseLiao.com and the House Liao teamspeak server open to all House Liao members without needing any affiliation to the www.HouseLiao.com website.

Anyone not forming up under this command structure is free to do as they please and need not bow to anyone but the Chancellor.
